About Singles Ministry
The Singles Ministry connects single adults (ages 21 and older without children) in a community of faith, fostering spiritual growth, meaningful friendships, and opportunities for service.
Our Purpose
The Singles Ministry is called together as one people through a movement of encounter and a process of renewal in building our relationship of faith, hope, and love with God and others. We provide a supportive community where single adults can discover God’s perfect plan for their lives in relationship with their family, friends, community, and parish.
The Singles Encounter
The Singles Encounter is an enriching weekend retreat for unmarried individuals who believe in the Holy Trinity and seek to discover God’s perfect plan for their lives. The ultimate goal is a conversion of heart, a renewal of mind, and a transformation of life.
What to Expect:
- A blend of teachings by a Catholic priest
- Real-life testimonies from other singles who have experienced God’s love personally
- An atmosphere of prayerful reflection away from everyday distractions
- Opportunities for personal reflection and small group sharing
- Daily celebration of Holy Mass
Who Can Attend:
Singles Encounter is open to:
- Roman Catholics and Christians
- All nationalities
- Unmarried individuals ages 21 and older without children
Community Life
Praise & Worship
Our Singles Ministry hosts regular Praise & Worship services where we gather to come into God’s presence and receive the power of His Spirit. Through music and song, we experience the joy of worshiping together and grow in our relationship with God and one another.
Fellowship & Service
Beyond retreats and worship, we build lasting friendships through various community activities, service opportunities, and shared experiences of faith. Our ministry provides a place where single adults can:
- Grow spiritually in a supportive environment
- Develop meaningful friendships with others who share their faith
- Discover and use their gifts in service to God and the community
- Find guidance and support in navigating life as a single person of faith
Spiritual Formation
Following the encounter weekend, members continue their spiritual journey through:
- Ongoing discipleship and formation programs
- Regular community worship and prayer gatherings
- Teaching sessions addressing the unique needs of single adults
- Opportunities for service within the community and beyond
